Use readme-md-generator during the setup process to create a new README

I guess the simplest "integration" will be to add "&& npx readme-md-generator" to the setup script. That's not very elegant, but the generator itself is a tightly wrapped bin? I think the generator needs to be an export module for tighter integration.
