Hide devtools in production and hide empty help section from the menu bar

The devtools are currently visible in production and in the menu bar there is an empty dropdown called help

[keerthivasansa]

Yeah, still in beta so had devtools enabled to help with error reporting.

I will completely disable the menu bar.
