Images to Telegram provider

Is it possible to attach image from the external link to message in telegram provider?

I have try to test it but got an error:

Failed to run step tg-test with error TelegramProvider failed to notify alert message to Telegram: Wrong type of the web page content

Maybe issue due to that grafana doesn't have url with image file. I see this in page code when open it in browser:
