Hello All,
I would like to store my Keepassxc database on my Google Drive on my Pop-Os machine. I noticed that when I save the database in my cloud storage, the name of the file changes into a very long series of numbers and letters. I suspect that the problem is that the Google Drive on Linux is NOT an official Google Drive (Google has never developed one for Linux), but one developed by Linux programmers for exclusive use in Linux. I suspect that the name change may have something to do with the fact that the Linux version of Google Drive does not store file permissions. There may be other causes.
My question is this: Is this a known problem for Keepassxc users on Linux (i.e., has anyone else experienced this)? Is there a possibility of data corruption as a result? In my one time experience, the database file loads even though the name is drastically different from the named file on my Windows official Google Drive.
