Sync a few low value passwords with phone

I have a few phone apps that regularly and apparently randomly log me out. For some reason, they expect that I know my login creds. Obviously that can never be the case, and I have to remember to log in the next time I'm near those resources.

I've thought of manually adding these to firefox and letting it sync them, but has anyone got any better ideas? Is there a way to automate this?

The docco may be a little out of date... Moving an item out of the export folder does remove it from the exported file. (Or maybe I read the docco wrong... it was a couple of days ago.)

In sync mode it will maintain a sync if moved out of the folder. Export mode will not.

I was using sync mode. Moving items in/out of the sync folder added/removed them from the synced file.
