enable-webhook-patching commit seems to break Keda deployment

This commit #715 see keda operator pod error with
Unknown flag: --enable-webhook-patching
Removing the flag from the deployment manifest makes the Helm chart deployment work

Expected Behavior

Full working deployment

Actual Behavior

Operator pods restart continuosly

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Deploy Keda helm chart on version 2.16.0
