Crashes vscode with large c++ project

Enabling this extension and setting it to include cpp, hpp files causes vscode to use up all system memory and crash

Could you share exams of public code I could test to reproduce the issue? How many files approximately your project contains to scan?

I have verified the case you mentioned and you are fully true. The bigger project (I have tested on vscode repo with c.a. 4.3k files and more than 400k items) becomes not responsive. I am testing some optimizations but for now with no any permormance increase.
Thank you one more time for the issue. I haven't tested it with bigger project till now.

I will probably end with update of README file with info about limitations.
