How to setup with the i18n ally VSCode extension

my project structure:

i18n ally configs:

{
    "i18n-ally.localesPaths": [
        "src/lang",
        "src/lang/package"
    ],
    "i18n-ally.displayLanguage": "zh-cn",
    "i18n-ally.sourceLanguage": "en",
    "i18n-ally.enabledParsers": ["js", "ts", "pot"]
}

but i18n ally still show errors like:
en: i18n key "login.username" does not exist(i18n-ally-key-missing)

i18n ally repo is almost dead, so I come to here.
