Not scrobbling from BBC sounds #764

Describe the bug
The app sends a now playing notification and this shows up on LastFM but when a new track starts it doesn’t register that the track has played and just shows a now playing notification for the new track.
Steps to replicate this bug
Use the BBC sounds app on android issues persists on Android 15 and 16.
Media player used (if related to scrobbling)

This seems to be a long term issue (past year or so that I noticed it wasn't registering played tracks)
