How to get the reported accuracy on dataset?

I read the paper really well, and  I admire the methodology.

Now I'm trying to reproduce the results you reported,
but I found it really hard to reproduce
Can you tell me the details of the implementation for each dataset (Cora, Citeseer, Pubmed)?
