Adding gptel to popper for quick access chat window

This is not exactly a question, just wanted to share a config in case anyone else finds it useful

I often split my window and put my notes in one side and the PDF on the other and read academic papers.

I've put gptel to popper-reference-buffers so that I can have chat window in the background, pop that when needed, ask some questions, pop-out and continue reading.
