How to inspect a query before it is sent ?

Having read this : Supports introspection, so you can see exactly what will be sent. Inspect and modify queries before sending them, i would like to know how to do that, exactly, not having found the answer after an overview of the docs.

It's a little tucked away at the moment. Set the variable gptel-expert-commands to t, then check gptel's transient menu. It should show up as a dry-run option. You can edit the dry-run result before sending it.
