Multiple menus

It would be useful to have an option to change the menu but retain the data for a previous menu.

An example use case might be to put together different menus for Christmas day and new year's eve on 15th of December and then swap between them on the 28th.

One way this could work would be to have a toggle to hide a menu category which could then be unhidden as required. A limitation of this method is that different categories cannot contain duplicates of a particular cocktail.

A second method could be to allow multiple menus which I imagine would require a more significant update.

A third option may be to allow for a collection to be served as a menu with a toggle on the edit collection dialog.
