Issue Create Itunes Syndication with all categories, the xml is broken #9165

If you try to create a new Syndication of Destination Itunes and select all categories you have in the generate XML the error below: error on line 26 at column 40: EntityRef: expecting ';'
this is the line broken <itunes:category text="Religion &am"></itunes:category> (tested in Kaltura demo http://www.kaltura.com/api_v3/getFeed.php?partnerId=2549332&feedId=1_hyhl0m3q).
The same problem on edit, the categories are not all selected.
