Request for merging useful commits from upstream #1

Hey everyone,
Useful commits have been made to create-react-app from upstream (such as being able to set baseUrl and paths from jsconfig.json, which is the reason I bumped into this. I think it's in this commit: https://github.com/facebook/create-react-app/pull/6656/commits). If the maintainers of this package have time it would be amazing if some compatible commits could be merged from upstream.
Anyway, thanks for this package and keep up the good work!
