How fix the error {shutdown, coordinator_failure}?

Hello! I did write the module with brod_group_subscriber_v2 behavour. When the Kafka broker starts reboot, my module crashes with error {shutdown, coordinator_failure}. How may I fix this problem? Help me, please.

coordinator_failure does not seem to be a shutdown reason from brod or kafka_protocol.
I'm afraid I need more context.
