Prerequisites
Within #1087 full text search will be developed for topics. For Kafka Connect connectors it won't be developed, because it requires moving filtering to backend beforehand.

To Do

1. Implement Kafka Connect connectors and other entities filtering on backend
2. Implement full-text search on server side for these entities

The same as in #1087
