rdma-cni daemonset creation failure

We use https://github.com/k8snetworkplumbingwg/rdma-cni/blob/master/deployment/rdma-cni-daemonset.yaml manifest for deploying rdma-cni daemonset. We have been observing image pull failure with recent PR merge - #46 as it doesn't find the rdma-cni image yet under the new registry.

When can we expect the latest rdma-cni image to be published under ghcr.io/k8snetworkplumbingwg/rdma-cni?

once merged i think we can do a release from this new location.
