Allow to set the resolution to 1x for Real Cugan Windows (GUI)

At the moment it is not possible for the program to set the value to 1 for Real Cugan (only sharpen, no real upscale) in the GUI. It is only possible for the CLI.

So it would be great to allow the value 1 for Real Cugan, for especially SE.

The problem is that there isn't a 1x model.

If the requirement is to speed up execution and therefore a 1x option is desired, that is not possible. This is because all models start at a minimum of 2x, with 4x being the most common. Forcing it to 1x will not shorten the execution time.

No, I want to sharpen a video with Real Cugan without upscaling, so that I can upscale 2x with Real ESRGAN after this. That would give an insane quality result. Anime4K can be used to sharpen the video, too, but dark scenes are more blurry than use only 2x Real ESRGAN.

The problem is that we don't have a sharpen only model. I would say it's not possible at this time.

I think there is a RealESRGAN 1x model for sharpening, called AniScale2_Refiner_1x.pth, that I have. Maybe we could introduce this. It is from this project: https://github.com/HolyWu/vs-realesrgan

I think that falls under custom models and wouldn't be a special case/feature.
