Does not retain DAR settings and chapters

Describe the bug
The resulting processed file is missing the DAR setting and the chapters which the original file had

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Have a file with 720x576 storage resolution (4:3) but with a different DAR setting, ex. 16:9 and also with chapters
2. Process that file with video2x
3. Observe that the DAR setting and chapters are missing from the resulting processed file

Expected behavior
video2x should produce an output which preserves DAR and chapters

Actual behavior
video2x removes/ignores DAR setting and chapters
