[Feature Request] Add more models and ffmpeg format options

Hello.

1. Thanks for the program!
2. Here can select the desired codec, but I would like to have an option for advanced codec settings like -s hap - format hap_q
3. using .pth models. now quite good models like RealESRGAN_plus_x4 are used, but they are limited by the choice of scale (only x4), which is excessive in my case (I need x2)
   I tried to convert .pth models to .bin but stopped at the stage of converting first to .pt format :)

2. The codec can be specified with -c. Advanced encoder options can be specified with -e.
3. Real-ESRGAN x2 Plus model has been added in b4b666a
