Still waiting on: "kubernetes", breaks coredns

This is the reason my coredns is not starting, as i specified in the link, I showed all my pods, and I dont see anyting called kubernetes, there is a SVC, and describing it gives me this:

why is it waiting for it? How do i debug this issue and get coredns back running as now my cluster is broken pods require the dns functionality
