Hey, I shared my Onshape link not so long ago in an issue, I basically improved the step with real parts and such, but later on I branched to go for a printed base , which is much more solid, most of the parts were printed with ASA on my enclosed TV06 printer.
I didn't deviated much from the original BOM to be honest, the only things that I can think of are:
I'm stacked with things to do this June, but the next steps are to finish my C situation, make sure everything runs and then design a cooling solution and maybe double sheer the toolhead, which a colleague from Terminal Velocity discord already developed (the same that I got the printed base idea from hehe), I think will be needed because the current B/toolhead shaft structure is not so stable and rigid.

The current branch I'm developing on:

Below some photos of the build process, in the end is the current state of it, which gladly it's not so far from moving!

Hahaha, this one happened to me, very good and nice ABS-GF , 3h in the print it stops, I was able to print the rest and epoxy glue together!
Bought a flexible coupler because I thought would be cool, but I forgot that I designed the top Z stepper mount with tolerance of like 2mm 😂
And thats the current state of the printer right now as of 29th of May, no pictures contained the electronics case installed because I still have to test it, put magnets and so on
