PCB buildplate component list

Is there a component list/wiring instructions for the pcb buildplate?

I assume that the pads around the outside are for 24v surface mount LEDs and the heater wires should be soldered directly to the appropriate pads, and that 'TH1' and 'TH2' are supposed to be some kind of surface mount thermistor, but at least a list of specific components, if not a quick wiring/soldering description would be appreciated, to avoid possibily damaging one of these not so cheap custom boards.
