here's a similar design with a extra fan mount for cooling down the pump itself. seemed like a good idea to link.

probably a good place to see what to do.
seems to mention a diode that should be built in later duet models, but i am not sure about it in the fly e3 v3 board. Similarly, the pwm controls for the pump also needs some other work it seems. i do not know if the provided reprap controls already provide it
