As of now branches have to be explicitly added to --branch-whitelist, which requires Vira to be restarted if one wants to build an arbitrary branch.

A Branch search text input could append to this list and refresh the page or redirect the user to the BranchPage.

Let's say the user adds a new branch. What happens if the vira server is restarted (Ctrl+c; Up arrow; Enter)?

Since Settings are not persisted by design (for now), perhaps we first need to look into doing that.

Works as expected after a “Refresh Branches”.

But being able to restart Vira server [user must be able to ssh] is not an access that every member of the team might have. Also, when one user kills the server, all the pending jobs are also killed.

So I think #41 will satisfy the original goals behind this.
