Update to cockle 0.1.2.
This changes the registering of external commands so that they are set in the
Shellconstructor, and adds the registering of aliases and environment variables in extensions.The colors used for the prompt and error messages are now different for dark and light mode. These are determined when the terminal is started, subsequent theme changes do not yet propagate through. Some support has been added in
cocklefor this, but there are problems still to solve.
