Include widget-svelte-cookiecutter in jupyter-widgets/ org

Hi all! I've been working to get Svelte working with Jupyter to create reactive widgets. I've iterated on it for a few months and used it for a few projects, and I think it's at a pretty stable spot. It's also helped people make some pretty complex widgets: https://github.com/gereleth/jupyter-bbox-widget

Long-term it would be great to 1. Get more eyes on it to test/review it and 2. Get more visibility that it's a viable option for making widgets.

What are people's thoughts on including it as a repository in jupyter-widgets/ and in the docs? I'm not sure what the requirements or norms are around something like that.
