Prep for the Jupyter Book 2 workshop at JupyterCon

This is a tracking issue to coordinate.
Similar purpose as what @choldgraf set up in #54. Also related to #42, but that may be stale now.

• Workshop Template / Training Materials (this should be moved to a more official repo, see below)

Note: the repo https://github.com/FreekPols/JB2_book_template contains the training materials the participants will use. It's name is a bit confusing (template, JB2 template, headstart template). In this Issue I call it "Workshop Template" because it will literally be a GitHub Template repository, and because it serves as a template for the participants in the workshop to learn to use JB2/MyST.

To-do list before JupyterCon:

• Find a more official repo for the Workshop Template (not personal account of FreekPols)
• Review the updates in the Google Doc and give feedback!
• Address Issues in Workshop Template repo, which focus on the content: https://github.com/FreekPols/JB2_book_template/issues and https://github.com/jupyter-book/workshop-template/issues
• Finalize slides
• Confirm people who will be present in the workshop (speakers, helpers, etc). Perhaps listed in Google Doc?
