Move the remaining Python packages under the Jupyter pypi organization

Jupyter now has a PyPI organization. The security working group is asking if they can move subprojects underneath this organization in order to standardize access and visibility for the project. To do this, we need to:

• Add @Carreau (on pypi as mbussonn) as an admin on all jupyter-book repositories.
• He'll move that repository under a jupyter-book group within the jupyter pypi org
• He'll add all maintainers to a jupyter-book team

We should retain all access and permissions over all these repositories, it'll just be more standardized for others in the project to access. I think this will make it easier for us to standardize access across our team to these repositories as well, and may resolve things like jupyter-book/jupyterlab-myst#87

I moved all above repos to the Jupyter Org, and put them all under the JupyterBook-owner team with @choldgraf in the Team. Is there anyone else that should be owner of everything ? And any other project that should be moved under the JupyterBook owner team ?
