Request to bring back the Colab Launch Button in Jupyter Book v2!

Jupyter Book V1 would allow to launch notebooks directly in Google Colab via Launch Buttons. This feature was quite useful for me, since you could just hand the book link to somebody, they could launch the notebook directly in Colab, and even save changes in their Google Drive to look at them again later on.

Jupyter Book V2 does not seem to support that use case currently. since the Launch Button option disappeared from the myst.yml configuration file. I would like to have the v1 launch buttons back! They could either be included under the External Computing Interfaces option, or at the top of the page, together with the GitHub, etc. buttons.

If anyone has cycles to implement this I think folks would be happy to review - it's just a matter of cycles to implement and many things to do!
