Launch button in JB2

In JB1, there is launch button which is very useful to run ipynb file using Google Colab. However, it is not working in JB2. How to add it?

I saw this has been solved in #1643. Can I use it in JB2?

Update: I can add Binder and JupyterLite but there is no implementation for Google Colab. In addition, the cell execution button is very hard to click, it keeps disapeering when I move my cursor close to the button.

We don't yet have a launch button for Colab, but I think it'd be a good idea to add it if you or others want to try a PR. Here's the issue tracking this:
