Generator A has high and oscillating loss values

I'm doing the task of converting CBCT images to CT images, but after many experiments and modifying some parameters that don't have too much influence, the images and loss values I get are always very unsatisfactory, and I don't know how to modify them anymore, so can any kind person answer the confusion for me?Thanks!
