Option to match fullwidth alphanumeric characters

I have this folder with a lots of japanese titled epubs, and as you can see the two searches results are mutually exclusive. It would be cool to have an option that would allow to match fullwidth characters with ascii. I said alphanumeric in the title but ideally it'd match every character that has a counterpart.

Apologies if this is already possible, but I failed to find anything related in the man page

You need a prog do your conversion.

Yes, what @nenahp suggested is one way to do it, but I just added native support for those characters in ff1550b.
