• Ensure that NEWS.md exists
• Ensure formatting - section headings?
• Ensure if pkg has been updated, then NEWS should be updated
  • but will need an opt-out, perhaps in the commit message?
• Ensure it follows https://keepachangelog.com/en/1.0.0/
