[ FF8 ] 16:9 aspect ratio cutting off Battle Messages

Describe the bug
If you use the New 16:9 aspect ratio, some battle messages get cut off.
Example: When you enter the first battle, the tutorial battle message text that reads, [Quistis "Squall, you still remember?"] will cut off the r?" like so [Quistis "Squall, you still remembe]

To Reproduce

1. Set aspect_ratio = 2
2. Start a new game
3. Enter your first battle and examine the tutorial battle message text.

Expected behavior
For the battle message to not be cut off.
