jl:hasPublication can be used but is only for the publication the person wrote.

Suggestion

jl:isMentionedIn or jl:

Class for the article is necessary. We could extend the Class foaf:Document.

In the class we need:

• Journal
• Year
• Issue
• Article
• Title
• Subtitle
• Topics
• Author(s)
• Page or Pages from-to
• Date of Publication
• Persons, Places and organizations methioned.
• Perhaps the link to the files.
