Undo, cut, copy and paste key codes

I have noticed in the source code that there seem to be key codes for the keys mentioned in the title. However, it does not seem there is a parsable value to use in the configuration file. I was wondering if there was a reason for this.

For the moment I am using the following in order keep my configuration multi-platform:

(platform (macos)
  (defalias
    undo M-z
    cut M-x
    copy M-c
    paste M-v
  )
)

(platform (linux win winiov2 wintercept)
  (defalias
    undo C-z
    cut C-x
    copy C-c
    paste C-v
  )
)

UPDATE: keyd supports these key codes so I experimented with them briefly. I found that they not only do not work in a terminal, but won't be recognized by some programs either. Maybe be better to stick with good old output chords.
