Feature Request: Evaluate conditions when "Light Control" is enabled

I've been running MA for a good few months. Its been great overall, but I wanted to log a couple of corner cases. I've classed this one as a FR, though as I don't think its expected/ideal behaviour, it could probably be classed as a bug if you prefer.

It relates to how changes to the "Light Control" entity can result in unwanted behaviour:

• If "Light Control" is enabled when the area is occupied and the light is off, the light will remain off.
• If "Light Control" is enabled when the area is unoccupied and the light is on, the light will remain on.

I understand that this is because MA only enumerates based on occupancy changes.

I think its a pretty easy fix. When "Light Control" is enabled, ideally the configured conditions would be immediately tested, and any changes applied. Alternatively an "Evaluate conditions when Light Control is enabled" boolean could be added to the light groups page, so that behaviour could be controlled.

I get that most people probably won't encounter this issue as they likely aren't changing the "Light Control" setting, but there are valid reasons to do so and having it handle changes in a more expected way would be ideal.
