Bug Summary
As you can see, the drawing does not provide distances and locations between and to the holes, it only provides the diameters. Additionally, the text at the bottom of the page should include "OHT_Tools_and_Jigs" for navigational purposes.
Expected Results
I expected instructions to where to place the holes akin to the OH4A3A2-1 PARK BRAKE HANDLE drawing:

Miscellaneous Info
I adjusted the .375" tube and the affected 3D files to metric measurements (10mm) and used steel instead of aluminum. The bug still applies.
