Slow loading in category scenarios #3
Description
Very slow loading with no progress report when scenarios are built from categories.
The model should open without building the scenarios (that can be a separate step done prior to running the model; should be able to do it manually). However when the model is opened, it should tell us how many scenarios there will be (work out the combinations without doing too much of the dirty work).
