[Feature Request] Fixed and variable lines for MotD #293

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Be able to have fixed and variable lines on the MotD.
Describe the solution you'd like
Essentially, it would be nice to have an option where, for example, line1 is fixed and line2 is variable. So line1 would be the same across all MotDs and line2 would be set independently.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Current solution is to copy-paste the first line into every MotD
