`syspath` will not work if joy is installed as a functional package on nix or guix.

I think nix and guix have a way to break functional package model, but if they install joy as a functional package, `syspath` will not work because there are multiple paths in `JANET_PATH`.

Janet recently started supporting multiple paths in `JANET_PATH`.
