Hide starting and finishing points

To maintain confidentiality, it could be nice to hide starting and finishing points when we share activities publicly.

I have been thinking about this a lot. While this seems easy and sufficient, it would probably be useless when aggregating activities. There would be a big hole around my home because I would be removing all points within a certain distance. Randomizing would not help much because of Monte Carlo. Maybe there is a technique?
