[BUG] Command picker should close when clicking outside 

# Reproduction Steps:
1. In a note, type "/" to open the command picker menu. 
2. Click any element outside of the command picker.

## Result

It stays open, conflicting with other modal-like elements such as the Toolbar .

## Expected

It should close
