Fixing the deprecated yapf call

I read this issue on the deprecated yapf call, and it seems to have been left dead in the water.

gopar suggested a solution, but I don't currently have the know-how to implement or test it. Couldn't find anything in the documentation either.

I really love Emacs and would love to use it as my main Python editor, so I'm happy to contribute if I can. Any pointers?

@detrout regarding the code you posted: The vibe checks out, at least. I have zero experience testing Emacs packages, so I wouldn't really know how to confirm it.

I found the documentation for how to run the tests (here for anyone interested and just as confused as me), but running it on my local machine alone seems far from sufficient.
