Hello!

Ran into the following problem. Ran the install script, no problems. Added the local PATH as suggested by the script. Logged out and back in.

Ran the following command and got this error:

$ stt record --write
/home/coyle/.local/bin/super-stt: error while loading shared libraries: libcurand.so.10: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Installing the following (which installed 98 additional packages!) solved the problem.

sudo apt-get install nvidia-cuda-toolkit nvidia-cuda-toolkit-gcc

The main issue here is that the installer detected a CUDA installation in your system. PopOs only includes the NVIDIA driver, and not the CUDA tools by default: https://support.system76.com/articles/cuda/

We should take the following actions:

1. Improve the installation script to better detect CUDA.
2. Add documentation, explaining how to install CUDA for popular distributions (e.g sudo apt-get install nvidia-cuda-toolkit nvidia-cuda-toolkit-gcc for PopOs/Ubuntu)
3. Once the install script is improved, if it does not find CUDA in the system, warn the user that they will install a CPU-only version of the app, show a link to the documentation, and offer to abort the installation to allow the user to install the necessary packages for a GPU installation before proceeding.
