Why can't tags be inserted in joomla articles

I need to insert tags from the system into the text instead of displaying them at the top of the article, as they will not appear in search results. Here is my wish picture.

It seems that you have a j3 version? Despite of that - you could open an issue (feature request) for Joomla core, but surely not for J5.
