Around the tags (routing and moving)

1/ tag router
If I arrive by the menu on a tag item ("list of all the tags") I have a list of tag which includes the wished terms; that is to say "./thematic/sstag1".

But in fact as I will hide this item, people will see on an article, by hovering then clicking on the tag, the terms "./component/tags/tag/sstag1" which is not significant, nor beautiful

I thought that the router and tags had improved this since 4.3 but this is not the case. Any solution or ideas to solve this?

2/ moving tags
I'm thinking about using parent tags but it's not possible to move them by tens, like articles.
Ideas or solution ?

2/ Well, it is not possible simply. I will move dozens of tags manually. Maybe not very important, but where to put it in suggestion?
