handle logs, own billing and third party database

Hi, I am trying to build an A2P gateway using Jasmin.
Here are the problems I have now if you can help with advice on any of them I will be glad to get help:

1. I noticed that in Jasmin I can add only 3 users, why?
2. I attached alpha names for users in my A2P and built an interceptor script that checks if this user has the right alpha names (source address) and permissions, is it the right way to control users' validations?
3. I need to handle all events and message delivery statuses for my billing system, how can I consume message statuses? is it more about interceptors or configuring third party database and consuming RabbitMQ?
4. I have tried the first example script from docks: https://docs.jasminsms.com/en/latest/faq/developers.html
   but I could not make it work, followed all steps but I can't even check where am I wrong
